Confirmation

Confirmation is for our students grades 7th - 9th grade, and our goal is to provide basic, quality instruction in the Christian faith and Lutheran traditions. Over the three years of confirmation, we tackle many aspects of our faith; learning about other religions, as well as our own, diving deeper into who Jesus was and the Word of God as well as trying to find answers to some of the tough questions our kids ask. We incorporate community service into our curriculum. We spend time on retreat studying The Lord’s Prayer as well as spending time in prayer, in fellowship and participating in team building activities. Small group discussion includes further work into the lesson, check-ins, preparations for that evening’s worship when your group is scheduled, and various projects and service activities .
